Hey there! We’re Alex and Annalisa — the husband-and-wife duo behind Basileia Coffee Cart.
When we first dreamed up this business, we knew we wanted to create something meaningful. As a first-generation college graduate and a first-generation female business owner, building something from the ground up felt like both a challenge and a calling. We wanted to combine our love for great coffee with something deeper: the magic that happens when people come together to celebrate.

Basileia (pronounced bah-sil-ay-uh) means “a glimpse of the kingdom” — a place where beauty, belonging, and purpose meet. We chose this name because we believe every event deserves that touch of something greater. A moment of rest. A reason to celebrate. A sense of connection.

Based in Philadelphia, our mobile coffee cart travels throughout Lancaster, Chester County, the Greater Philadelphia area, Wilmington, and beyond. We proudly feature specialty beans from Ceremony Coffee Roasters and offer a full espresso bar experience — from rich espresso to creamy chai to refreshing cold brew.
